To get your ID card printer serviced or repaired, call 877.213.8180 or fill out the form on this page. Someone from service department will contact you directly regarding your printer issues, and provide service pricing. If you have an IdentiSys service maintenance agreement, there is no charge for labor, travel time or parts.
The service department is available to reach from 8 AM to 5 PM (CT), Monday to Friday.
