At its core, WebLink ID is a workflow engine, executing a series of tasks building and modifying a stream of data pertinent to issuing an identification credential. The collection of tasks varies greatly from credential to credential; WebLink ID delivers the flexibility to handle the tasks through its modularity.
A workflow might be a single data entry screen, or a multi-step driver’s license issuance that requires facial recognition, document authentication, and AFIS approval. Administrators create workflows within the user interface so new features or process changes do not require development resources and change requests. Eliminating those variables reduces cost, implementation time, and client testing overhead.
WebLink ID securely enrolls, identities and manages the ID card issuance process and scales for a single-site campus to multi-site corporations/institution. Any authorized PC with internet (hosted SaaS server) or intranet (on-premise server) access transforms into a feature-rich photo ID card processing workstation. This reduces the overhead of managing local PC installations and license keys.
