Signature Panel Example Signature panel ribbons allow you to create cards for applications that require a cardholder’s signature for security and authentication.

A signature panel ribbon bonds to PVC or PVC-PET composite cards after they are already printed on with monochrome resin or dye sublimation ribbons. The size of the signature panel can virtually be any size and anywhere on the card.

Only a limited number of ID card printers are currently capable of creating signature panels using signature panel ribbons. If you own an ID card printer that is not capable of doing so, blank PVC card stock with a built-in signature panel on the back is available.
