Adhesive-back cards are typically used with clamshell proximity cards that are too thick to run through some ID card printers.
Commonly used for photo ID badges, adhesive-backed PVC cards can be printed on with your ID card printer. After you print on these cards, you can quickly and easily peel off the back, and adhere it to the clamshell proximity card.
There are a few different sizes and styles to consider, available in CR79 or CR80 sizes and mylar- or paper-backed. Different options may work better on one brand printer more than another, but none of the options are recommended for use with reverse transfer printers or with lamination.
